About Together We Navigate
Different Paths. Shared Ground.
Together We Navigate is a parent-led community space created to support parents and caregivers of individuals with disabilities through connection, shared experience, and community.
Founded by a parent of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), this space was created with the understanding that navigating services, school systems, therapies, and daily life can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating.
Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where parents and caregivers can:
connect with others who understand
share experiences and resources
learn together
feel supported without pressure or judgement
Together We Navigate is not therapy or a clinical service. It is a community-centered space rooted in lived experience, connection, and care.
Participation is always flexible. Whether you choose to share, listen quietly, ask questions, or simple be present: you are welcome here.
Our Mission
To create a safe, inclusive, parent-led community where caregivers of individuals with disabilities feel connected, supported, informed, and less alone in their journey.
Our Values
Connection over isolation
Parent and caregiver empowerment
Respect for lived experience
Neurodiversity-affirming practices
Compassion, flexibility, and community
About the Founder
Hi, I’m Deb, a parent, facilitator, and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
While my professional background informs my understanding of systems and resources, Together We Navigate is rooted in my lived experience as a mother of a child with a disability, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
I created this space to help parents and caregivers feel, seen, supported, and connected in a way that feels safe, approachable, and community-centered.
